Here’s the deal:
You’ve got 30 days from the day your order lands to let us know you’d like to send
something back for a refund.
Easy Return Eligibility
To be eligible, your item’s gotta be:
* Unused
* In the same condition you got it
* In its original packaging (yep, we’re talking ducks in boxes, mugs in boxes… the
whole shebang)
Initiating Your Return: Get in Touch
Just drop us a message at aftersales@getduckd.co.uk
We’ll guide you through the next steps and give you the return address. Easy as
that.
Heads up: If you send something back without contacting us first, we won’t be
able to accept it. Gotta keep things in order over here!!
Return Shipping: What to Expect
Quick note on return costs:
Right now, we can’t offer free returns (trust us, we’d love to). Return postage is on
you for the time being - but we’re working on it!!
Our Straightforward Refund Process
Refund vibes:
Once your return lands and gets checked over, we’ll confirm if everything’s good. If
it’s approved, we’ll ping the refund back to your original payment method within 10
working days.
Bank processing times can vary a bit, so if it’s been more than 14 business days
since we gave the thumbs-up and you haven’t seen anything hit your account, just
give us a nudge at aftersales@getduckd.co.uk
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders? We'll Sort It.We hate when this happens, but if your order shows up damaged, faulty, or just
plain wrong, let us know ASAP.
Send a few clear photos of the issue to aftersales@getduckd.co.uk, and we’ll jump
straight on it to make things right.
Exchanges: Getting a Different Item
We don’t do straight swaps just yet - but here’s the quickest fix:
* Return the item you’ve got
* Place a fresh order for the one you want
Once we’ve received your return and all’s in order, you’ll get a full refund on the
first one.
