We accept returns within 28 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

To initiate a return, contact us at aftersales@getduckd.co.uk. Refunds will be

issued via the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once shipped,

cancellation is no longer possible, and you must follow our returns process.

trade mark and registered design rights, with additional applications pending. All

concepts, brand names, domain names, and packaging - is the intellectual
